Il Balconcino della Basilicata - Hotel & Ristorante

The Balconcino della Basilicata is located on the slopes of Monte Carmine, at the foot of the Sanctuary dedicated to the Madonna del Carmine of Avigliano, in one of the most scenic areas of the Italian Mezzogiorno.

The structure was founded in 1997 as "Youth Hostel", within the project "The Ancient Appian Way, a journey of faith and culture", in order to accommodate the many pilgrims who could get there for the occasion.

Today, completely modernized, it presents itself as an ideal hotel for every type of stay and a restaurant suitable for every occasion.

Young people, couples, families, groups, schools, pilgrims, tourists of all ages can live an experience of tranquility, in an uncontaminated place, rich in history, faith and culture.

The Balconcino of Basilicata is managed by the Summa family, with a company experience of over fifty years.
