Story

It all started 33 years ago. In 1980 Mignon was born. At the time, it worked in the neighborhood of Graça as a house specializing in meats. Also at that time, the Mignon stood out for the personalized attention to the customers. The store's special cut types soon caught the eye of those who used to leave the neighborhood to shop at the famous Butchers Square in Largo 2 de Julho. We were able to win our first customers.

With the passage of time and with the entry of large supermarket chains in Salvador, the owners of the business, Ana Lúcia and Evaldo Martins, advised by consultants, realized the need to change branches. Based on a market research, it was noticed that the traditional neighborhood of Graça opened space for the implementation of a restaurant a kilo. And so was born the Mignon we know today.

It was in 1995. From the first year of operation on Rua Amélia Rodrigues the business was already considered a success by the demanding clientele. Since then investments have been made, always thinking about the quality of products and services offered, and the comfort of those who make a point of following our history.

Just prioritizing the comfort of customers, recently the Mignon Restaurant has changed its address. It continues in the neighborhood of Graça, in the street Engenheiro Alexandre Maia, near the old house. The new space is wider, charming and refined. The menu offers new recipes with the same quality and flavor that are outstanding characteristics of the Mignon from the first day of operation.
