The Museum was from the homonymous Cultural Association, it has been realized with the contribution of Tuscany Region, as part of the "Along the Migratory Routes" project. Set in a pearl of the Tuscan and national natural heritage, the Marshes of Fucecchio, the Museum offers visitors the tour route that winds through the Pond of protected plants hydrophytes, the observatory, the path of health and stopping off point "Vincio old ", with the small monumental cemetery dedicated to the memory of the fallen of the massacre of the Padule.

The collection here has collected numerous pieces of equipment agricultural and objects related to rural life and is organized into sections related to rural life, particularly in marshes, from the early '900.
