Restaurante "El Alfar"

The restaurant "El Alfar", an old workshop of potters of the nineteenth century now restored, is a group formed by a landscaped courtyard Manchego whose fundamental pieces are two historic ovens, one Roman and one Almoravid, remains of an ancient Via-crucis, bases and Roman capitals and of course the workshop ... with its wood stove, the old potter's wheel and a collection of clay crafts. Place where the passage of time does not feel. History of our land that we wanted to combine with the usual food, with tasty Castilian roots from La Mancha, simple cuisine with flavors and aromas of saffron and wines with the substance of centuries. Our space also has a glazed porch that floods with sun and joy the autumn and winter meals and a manchego white lime and blue indigo lounge, typical of our rustic, peaceful architecture, to enjoy our traditional cuisine.
