Welcome to the San Nicolás Restaurant, where you can enjoy both author and traditional cuisine in the purest Cuenca style. An avant-garde cuisine with references to traditional recipes, a feast of flavors and unique sensations designed to guarantee a quality gastronomic experience. The location of our restaurant is privileged, in the historic center of the city of Cuenca, just 100 meters from the Cathedral and 300 of the Hanging Houses. We also have a terrace in summer. We have a room for 60 people, surrounded by comfort and a room service totally dedicated to your work, so you can enjoy not only your palate.
