Our company started its activity in 1928 by selling a small variety of dishes cooked in wood charcoal fire, with the possibilities of those days in a small space of 37 square meters with four tables. Over time, the existing restaurant was enlarged with the participation of new generations. In 1986, with the request of the companies operating in the Organized Industrial Zone, an industrial kitchen was established and mass food production business was entered.

In order to maintain its steady growth and to keep the brand of TAYLAN, our company, which has taken on the task of growing in parallel with the growth of the city of Manisa and the Organized Industrial Zone, continues its investments to become an institutionalized integrated facility.
