In addition to fish coming directly from the market, the menu contains a wide variety of seafood: lobster rice, puff pastry soup, seafood patty, sole au meunier or crusted fish are some of the specialties of Tribeca. You can also find in the menu of Tribeca other dishes of the traditional cuisine of the West, such as the fish from the garden or the steak to Marrare, but also flavors from other regions, such as the partridge and pheasant patty, the pork knee with sauce of seeds mustard or the rooster in red wine.
