Vila Katina

Villa Katina is 200 years old stone traditional Istrian house, completely renovated in early 2013. It is made of two luxury suites, a combination of antique and modern furniture. The house has a small courtyard, large terraces and private parking.

The villa is located in the center of a small picturesque Istrian village 10 km south of Pula. The house is a historic site of over 200 years old. In early 2013 it was completely renovated in the traditional style of Istrian stone houses. On the ground floor of the villa there is a small apartment of 30m2 with kitchen, living room with sofa bed. From this space it enters the marriage room and the bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a large hallway with a wardrobe and storage chest of drawers and a storage room with a washing machine. The staircase leads us to the first floor where there is a kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and exit to a spacious terrace. On the terrace is a large table with 6 comfortable chairs and umbrella. The staircase leads us further to the gallery where there is a bedroom with the associated toilet. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. The villa is near Kamenjak Nature Park which has 30 km of diverse beaches with crystal clear sea. Premantura is ideal for surfing.
