At the center of the garden overlooking the towers of San Gimignano is the villa which stands on the foundations of an old cloistered convent dating back to the 1300s which at the end of the 19th century was converted into a noble country residence. Adjacent to the beautiful villa is the old Orciaia, also dating back to the late 1800s and used as a depot of the old farm, famous for its olive oil.

Still today Villasanpaolo continues this tradition producing an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, just think that its acidity level is almost zero. Inside the estate of about 3 hectares, immersed in an old and evocative olive grove is the most recent central structure where are located the reception, the rooms, the restaurant, the relaxation and multifunctional rooms and the SPA.
