Hovoli is a family business that aims to fully satisfy its clients, creating a lifelong relationship with each one.   We started in autumn 1999 armed with enthusiasm and passion for our work.   In 2008 we made our first major refurbishment and at the same time we increased our capacity.   In 2012, we expanded further and we doubled our tables and space and at the same time we increased our team from six to twelve.   Our professional philosophy is dominated by:   • continued persistence for improvement • Maintaining quality criteria • observance of professional ethics • the transmission of our values ​​to all members of our team and our associates • warm hospitality and • honest human contact with our clients   With the passage of time and with constant maturation, we have managed to create a living organism that possesses friendliness and professionalism.   Since its inception, Hovoli has been a pole of attraction in the center of Heraklion and we are delighted to see that tradition continues.   Our customers enjoy the pleasant environment, the quality products, the pure materials and the seriousness with which we face every stage of our work. At the same time they recognize the close friendly relations of the staff and they themselves become part of this big group.   There are no secrets to the way we work. We aim for the highest efficiency by choosing excellent collaborations, maintaining the high quality standards and we are in a permanent self-improvement process with constant checks and self-criticism.   With joy and pride we are now a part of the city of Heraklion, known and beloved to Greeks and foreigners, permanent residents and visitors.   For our part, each client is unique and with each one we have a special relationship of love and trust.   We could not give much weight and attention to children, which is our future. So we take care of the purity and quality of all our products and shape our menu especially for children's well-being.   Due to our ample and flexible space, we can host events or gatherings, and we modify our menu, offering extra discounts on various events (eg sports).   Thanks to your preference and love, we continue to be untidy with optimism and strength.
