8 Cooking Hats

My food is about taste, flavour and right nutrition. it is also something you will cook everyday. All photos are my home made dinners, cooked and eaten on the spot. i do not use any photoshop and make them straight from the stove with my mobile phone camera. I appreciate art on the plate occasionally, but it is not something i would do at home, spending hours. Some of my very talented colleagues make sweet jokes about my Big mama style. It is!!! And presentation was never my forte. But you know what? I won golden medal on international cooking competition ZAGG, held in Switzerland every 2 years!!! Because, after all, food is still about taste!! And quality of ingredients and their positive influence on our health. Staying slim and fit at 40 for many is not an easy task. I am one of them, but refuse to damage my health with dodgy diets. And they make me depressed too. Therefore i am developing recipes, full of flavours and taste and not damaging to your waste line. Of course, if you share them with your family and friends, would be even more beneficial for you body!!!!
