In the late 80s a young couple, Angelo Sgariglia and Viola Ciotti, despite being satisfied from their humble but wonderful work of farmers decided to start a farm of that time in the promising sector of the economy. This intriguing bet would have given you spouses Sgariglia the opportunity to supplement their income but their true purpose was to create an alternative to their children of ten and twelve years not to miss anything in their training the link to the traditions, history and peasant culture. Twenty years where there were the chicken coop and the garden there is now minicamping and where there were stables and the cellar now houses the restaurant. Over the years the small company has grown thanks to the effort of the whole family and also to the help of many wonderful friends who have contributed to the development of the company. Meanwhile, the two teenagers have grown and now have a good cook and a good administrator who seek to continue on the path taken by the parents by offering the best possible service in the restaurant business, setting new goals and new challenges.
