The villa is distributed on two floors equipped with all services and comforts. with garden, gazebo, terrace, porch, parking and driveway. The structure is located in Contradada Piana di Monteverde (Vinchiaturo), 8 Km from the capital Molise, Campobasso. Additional services: safe in one of the rooms, pc available for guests, wifi service, 3 toboggans available, two bicycles, one for women and one for men, iron, hairdryer. The train station is 2.5 km from the house.

Guests of the Falco Bianco have access to the entire second floor, equipped with two bedrooms (both with en-suite bathroom and balcony), kitchen, living room, foyer, and laundry room. Both rooms are independent ensuring maximum privacy and privacy for the guest. The east side has a bedroom with a double bed (1 to 2 guests) with a desk, while the west side has a double bed and a bunk bed, ideal for couples with children (1 to 4 guests).

The living room has a comfortable sofa and a nice fireplace for the winter season, as well as a reading corner where you can stop to read or relax at the end of walks in the uncontaminated Molise environment. In the same room, guests can browse books, magazines and guides to get inspiration for the next trips! In the kitchen will be served breakfast at scheduled time by the guest. In summer, breakfast can also be served outdoors in the garden with a wonderful view of the Matese!

Guests can park their cars on the driveway or under the portico in complete safety.

The property is only 15 minutes from Campobasso, 30 minutes from the Campitello ski resorts and 50 minutes from the beaches of the Termoli seaside area. Moreover, the area is perfect for exploring the beautiful medieval villages of Molise and going back in time.
