The history of Berki Restaurant dates back to a hundred years. The old, lonely loneliness of the time gave shelter to the tired traveler, food to the starving, and directed the lost traveler. It has been owned by our family for over a quarter of a century. Managing such a long and well-known place is not just a task but a profession and a responsibility as well. Our past determines who we are and who we can become in the future. Therefore, the Berki Restaurant has always tried and will try to preserve and place our traditional foods, customs, and culture in a worthy place. But it must not go to the past forever, and we must move on to the future with its outstanding technological achievements and gastronomic trends.

Outside the hospitality, it was even more challenging to have a common role in a community's life. Surrounded by excellent professionals, I could quickly experience being a taverna to get more than a variety of dishes to a table. We are responsible for what our guests bring with you. In spite of the pioneering role of ourselves, we would try to innovate in line with the trends, without resorting to our selection of dishes made from international kitchens, if these would only result in eye-and-mouth delicious self-contained dishes without deep values, traditions and true openness. We need to create a balance, a peaceful place that can fit into the confused everyday world of our rushing world. A place where the fantastic wines of our historic wine regions can be enjoyed alongside each other as well as the continuous development. A place where we are waiting for you with our colleagues with outstanding expertise.

A restaurant itself is like an ornate box. Just an imposing building with well-designed, professionally designed, yet lonely and lonely spaces. We have to be filled with flavors, scents, hearts and lifestyles. Our team seeks to give you the best quality raw materials and the latest technology, because the experience is the greatest gift we can bring anywhere.
