Casa rural Ravalet 21

Ravalet 21 is an 18th century rural house located in the old town of Polop de la Marina (Alicante) next to the town's castle. Reformed in 2007 for greater comfort of its occupants, available in all its facilities of air conditioning (hot and cold), televisions, fire detectors, etc ...

The house is composed of an upper terrace with barbecue, living room-kitchen, bathroom, gazebo, and two complete and independent housing to adapt to the occupation that is required at all times, without having to pay for places that are not needed, being its maximum capacity for 12 people, with the possibility of staying as follows:

• 1st Floor - Complete housing with capacity for up to 4 people. 2 double rooms that can be two double, or one double and another with two single beds of 90.
• 2nd Floor - Complete housing with capacity for up to 5-6 people. 3 double rooms that can be three double, or two double and another with two single beds of 90.

The house is very bright, as it has large windows and balconies with leafy plants, distributed on the three facades facing Ravalet street.

Accessible to the handicapped by its large elevator that reaches the terrace itself, and with the possibility of leaving the car in the house.
