Centro de Flamenco Fosforito

Fosforito Flamenco Centre is a multidisciplinary space dedicated to the dissemination of flamenco and the figure of the singer Antonio Fernandez Fosforito driven by the city of Cordoba.

Its headquarters are located in the Plaza del Potro, specifically on the premises of the former Posada del Potro, a house of corrals s. XV declared artistic monument. This inn, universally popular, has inspired throughout its history artists like Francisco de Quevedo Miguel de Cervantes, that mentions in his famous novel Don Quixote.

Currently the Fosforito Flamenco Centre offers visitors a flamenco performance space, with a multidisciplinary tour of the main landmarks and figures of flamenco throughout its history.

At its headquarters activities and performances take place within the regular programming of the center.
