The Natural History Museum, as any Natural History Museum, refers to the natural environment, trying to establish relations of friendship between man and the rest of the Planet organizations to assist in understanding the physical laws that govern life. Founding members of the Friends were fine members of society such as: George Dragonas, Frosso Pilavaki, Karolos Vratits, Rallou Manos Ioannis Geroulanos Kyriacopoulos Ilias Lalaounis Costas Pinatsis, Byron Antipas, George and Helen Valavani.

Friends governed by a seven member Board which is elected every four years by the General Assembly of members. Aimed at helping the museum and building environmental awareness in children and adults.
