FuordArno Bed & Breakfast

The FuordArno Bed & Breakfast is located in a historic building on the corner of a small public garden overlooking the banks of the Arno; It is a welcoming and cared for in every particular, a refined environment, ideal for a stay in close contact with the extraordinary historical center of Florence. The house - which was the old family home of the two proprietary sisters - consists of five rooms, each decorated in a different style, characterizing them and giving them the name. The Havana Room incorporates the colonial style with furnishings rich in history that present a very refined and elegant deco aesthetics; the Bali Room takes us into the oriental atmosphere with the walls in shades of blue, sideboards, drawers, benches and in the center, slightly raised, the four-poster bed with white curtains to embrace in the night; the Copenhagen Chamber is inspired by the Nordic style bringing naturalness, simplicity and comfort with simple and clean lines and minimal furniture; in the New York Suite the leitmotif is recycling and reuse, so the old bathtub of the house has become an armchair, the old copper pipes of the gas have been folded and turned into a chandelier, the bench in a empty suitcases, the old electrical insulators in hangers, and so on; finally, the Camera Firenze has two large double beds with the Churches of Santa Croce and Santo Spirito as headroom, the wall is red-colored and the furnishings recall a noble and refined room of the old city. Inside the B & B there is a cozy living room with TV and breakfast is served in the kitchen and on the terrace, where you can settle in the hottest days.
