Art Gallery "The Bud" Pontedera was inaugurated in 1996 and is the brainchild of Afram Training Agency for the promotion of a cultural space can play a key role in the dissemination of contemporary art and resubmission icons of the recent artistic Tuscan and national past. Over the years his activity was very lively, planning exhibitions of great artistic importance, considering always priority the relationship with the land and community involvement, especially the younger generations, and knowing how to constantly renew the proposals and objectives. EXHIBITIONS

The bud has exhibited over the years great masters among which Ottone Rosai, Enzo Faraoni, Dino Caponi, Giorgio De Chirico (in collaboration with the Museo Piaggio in Pontedera), Gianfranco Ferroni, Filippo De Pisis, Mino Maccari, Sergio Scatizzi, Nino Twice. But alive has always been the interest of the gallery but also for the more contemporary art scene, with its painters whose genius and the value of the works and with new talent has been widely claimed that appear on the scene and seem to promise exciting developments . These facilities include Nelu Pascu, Roberto Dragoni, Cristina Lefter, Elisa Zadi, Matthew Benetazzo, Cardini Silvia, Luca Di Castri, Marianna Rosi, Emiliano Grassi, Laura Mariotti, Sara Baldinotti, Ilaria Leganza. The gallery has recently oriented part of its cultural policy towards the language of contemporary art, considering it an indispensable tool to trigger the interest in the younger generation and to pursue the intent to rekindle the awareness of citizens and young people to culture. Hence the decision to exhibit prominent artists of pop art like Andy current and Ludmilla Radchenko.
