Hotel Le Clos d'Amboise

Close to the Royal Castle, it is a 17th century mansion, completely renovated in 2011. Everything reminiscent of the history of the house and its charm has been preserved, the floor of the reception and its tiling with cabochon, the staircase which deserts the floors, in the two lounges the splendid Versailles floor of the 18th century oak, wood paneling, mullioned windows, all fireplaces have been preserved often with magnificent mirrors gilded frames. In the attic, a long corridor with exposed beams serves the rooms in which there are roof farms. In 2011, the owners installed an elevator, which stops at the two floors of the main house and the basement which gives access to the sauna.
