Le Copertelle Ristorante - Bed & Breakfast

The architectural structure from which our Restaurant takes its name consists of a covered walkway above the walls of the fortified citadel of Serra San Quirico. The Restaurant rests right above "the Copertelle". The dishes created in our kitchen are inspired both by the simplicity of the popular cuisine and by the refinement of the products that our territory offers us as fossa cheese, mushrooms, truffles, but also shrimp and trout from the river. The choice of products, condiments and wine is rooted in organic because we believe that the earth with its naturalness can give us all the flavors we need.
