Museo Etnografico-Archeologico "G.Guasco"

Dedicated to the memory of Giuseppina Guasco, passionate Honorary fellow of local history, the museum is located in via Ranise Captain and is divided into two thematic sections that describe about the history, traditions and culture of the town of Pietrabruna. In the first section, formed in 1997 on the basis of a photographic exhibition and inaugurated in 2002, the written and photographic memories of the inhabitants are collected and exhibited that between nineteenth and twentieth centuries have marked the life of the country and set up in special environments, tools and tools related to the world quoridiano and domestic, to farming and trade fairs sporting traditions, religious and musical. In the second and final section, inaugurated in March of 2015, they are collected the results of the excavations conducted on the offshore site of Mount Folly (d. 1031) by the International Institute of Ligurian Studies in Bordighera and displayed along a tour route that passes through the staggered rooms for a unique late medieval building, the finds
