OLIOLI

OLIOLI is Denmark's first Poke Bar located in the heart of Frederiksberg. OLIOLI is authentic joy and new energy for modern humans.

The concept fuses the original serving form in Poke Bowls from Hawaii, which we together with a unique flavor from Asia, and the healthy and rustic touch from Scandinavia have added in one.

 On the menu there are six complete signature bowls called "The standards". In addition, the menu allows you to design your own bowl with a step-by-step concept, which we have chosen to call "Build your own". The menu also offers different types of coffee and freshly squeezed juices. The kitchen is an open kitchen that brings food, guests and bar staff close to each other, creating an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.

OLIOLI means happiness in Hawaiian, and that is the essence of the concept and the company. We will provide an experience where customers as well as staff are happy and satisfied at all points - happiness is the key word.
