From East to West, from City to Volos, from Smyrna to Agia Paraskevi. An idea that was born and matured years ago by listening to stories from our grandmother, from refugee neighbors coming from the east brought the bangs with their little clothes, their shiny jewels and all the dull glass jars with their spices. Everything you need to rebuild a life. They have carefully watched their lives, their culture and temperament. All those colors they needed to paint the gray walls of their lumber. All these fairy tales to raise the new generations without forgetting their origins, but always receptive to the Mediterranean embrace and match their aches, flavors and hearts. "Reminorre" was written in our front door and has in it all the tastes of the Orient and of the Mediterranean. He has in his heart the notes of emblematic songs, art and folk of our country. It is a warm, thoughtful place in Agia Paraskevi Volou filled with many small corners of memories and pictures. A combination of Greek past decades and oriental touches mainly depicted in his kitchen dishes, in the flow of exceptional local wines and in his mood to revive a haunt that will embrace all the friends who love the fun.      The old building that wrote history in the area with the signature of Michalis Malakasiotis turns into a music tavern in order to fill the void that has been left for several years now. The single glazing on the front of the shop freely allows us to view the picturesque church of Agia Paraskevi with its flower-front courtyard. The pastel colors of the walls bind with its distinctive wooden ceiling. A picturesque wooden balcony illuminates the music scene, while the old rebellion comes alive suddenly and somewhat strangely beside your table, giving you the feeling that you are in a neighborhood of old Volos that is nestled under the night sky. A special photographic archive material fills various corners of the shop, while with a bike of that carefree season you can easily escape for a while from your company and gaze at the old neighborhoods of your region and your childhood. A combination of wood, natural materials, cement, mosaic, old objects and modern aesthetics on your plate will convince you that the "old" can coexist with the "new", be loved and challenge your view. Its interior bar grows fidgety by turnstile mirrors prepares the transport of your dishes from its prominent kitchen to the traditional wooden tables of the hall.     "Reminised" is reversed almost all weekends from Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Kitchen dishes were based on traditional recipes, familiar Mediterranean flavors and civilian flavors, respecting the specificity of each culture. The wines selected to accompany your dishes come from local producers who, with their decent work and their obvious taste, bring to our place the appropriate bottles for endless winemaking ...     All of this, of course, becomes somewhat secret, somewhat obvious, somewhat spontaneous, among the scattered notes of our orchestra, which promises and pledges for real entertainment and many tributes to Greek composers, lyricists, performers or thematic nights of favorite music.
