We have taken the warmth and diversity of Istanbul and combined these with the raw and unspoilt atmosphere in the Meat City. "Mangal" means "to grill" in Turkish, and most of our dishes are naturally grilled. It gives an authentic taste and will bring associations to a traditional Turkish food experience. It is essential for us to create a complete conceptual experience. That's why we have created unique Turkish cocktails that are perfect for the menu, and we only serve Turkish wines.
We want to recreate the informal atmosphere by eating Turkish and ensuring a present experience.
