Story -      Everything began on July 31, 2008 in the city of Recife in a small snack bar. Through the cafeteria, the interest of serving lunches was aroused. The success was so great that there were no conditions to attend in the small diner and yet the customers ate standing. The customers' own needs were shaping the way they served the dishes.

It was from then on that one began to look for a pleasant space as the point of installing a restaurant. After defining the location of the restaurant, what name should be created? several suggestions, but the name was in the place itself, because who enters finds a mango foot that goes beyond the first floor of the restaurant forming the shadow of the mango tree.

Dai came up with the name of Sombra da Mangueira Restaurant, where we offer self-service lunches without balance with a variety of special and tasty meats and a rich variety of salads almost impossible to resist!
