We have four single rooms. Hospitality trays, colour TV with Freeview in all rooms, and wireless internet access.

2 rooms on ground floor which have a private bathroom between them. Separate from family living area. These can be booked together by one party; otherwise the bathroom is only allocated for one guest. Ideal for anyone wanting to avoid stairs.

1 single room on 1st floor with its own private bathroom, separate from family area and a recently renovated garden room with en-suite facilities which is a favourite with guests. All rooms and bathrooms are in excellent order. Decor is fresh and modern in style. Housekeeping consistently noted as spotless by Quality in Tourism inspector.

Breakfast - Continental or full English in our recently updated oak kitchen with marble flooring. In the summer months guests are always served a delicious starter of melon, strawberries, kiwi and orange before a full breakfast at no extra cost.

Pleasant large garden. Easy access to city centre on foot or by bus. Good service which runs frequently. Shopping centres and all sight seeing attractions of Cambridge await you. Ideal base for your visit to Cambridge either for work or to visit tourist attractions.

We are closed one week before Christmas and one week after. First week of New Year.

As standard, we offer a continental and a full english, cooked breakfast of excellent standard. There is a sports centre with gym and swimming pool about 15 minutes walk away. Bus stops 5 minutes walk away. Newsagents 5 minutes walk away. Town centre is in walking distance or 10 mins on the bus. Parks nearby also. The Jesus Green Park and river near by (walking distance of 20 mins). Children welcome from any age
