The ROYAL Restaurant complex is committed to further spreading the gastronomic culture as the consumption habits of the Hungarian population in the last decades have shifted significantly from the consumption of traditional Hungarian food and beverages to the benefit of fast food meals and drinks. Wine consumption is an important part of gastronomy, but consumers need to be directed to choosing the right wines to achieve the best taste. The perception of wine consumption in Hungary is very mixed, due to the shortcomings of knowledge of the cultivated wine consumption and the spread of alcoholism. Therefore, in the last decades, one of the objectives of the marketing activity of Hungarian wine producers is to introduce culture-based wine consumption to the masses. ROYAL also seeks the same goal for quality catering.
