The house is located in a peaceful vast courtyard surrounded with trees and grass on the second peninsula of Halkidiki famous for the crystal clear turquoise beaches in Vourvourou. The house offers comfortable living spaces. Relaxed accommodations up to eight (8) persons. A wide front sun terrace overlooks the sea accompanied with serene sunsets and cool breezes offered by the rear mountainside. The estate holds two separate residences. One is solely occupied by my family during the summer season. The subject property is independent with a private entrance and setting.

There are three rooms and one living room, two bathrooms one (1) into the house and the other outdoor, in the courtyard. **Please note the kitchen stands 10 meters independently from the residence. This allows privacy for early morning risers as well as for cooking preparations eliminating disturbance to the rest of your group. A dining patio is located outside the kitchen as well as in the garden to enjoy your morning and afternoon coffee, meals and drinks. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven, stovetop dishwasher, all cooking utensils including silverware and complete lunch/dinner plate settings.
