Surfing Life Club

Surfing Life Club was the first surf school in Porto, founded in 1994 under the name of João Diogo Surf School.

It features a diversity of services covering different areas: regular classes every day of the year with fixed monitors, group programs, birthday parties with surfing, bachelor parties, surf safaris, surfcamps, sea education programs, social projects with People with disabilities, among others.

Headquartered in Praia de Matosinhos, we also have classes in the beaches of Leça, Sacor / Aterro, Moledo, Espinho, Cortegaça and Maceda, always in search of the best waves.

We teach different levels of evolution and various schedules, providing not only the initiated but also the most evolved a permanent accompaniment with surfing professionals.

Both our school and our coach João Diogo are the only ones in the North recognized for sporting merit by the Secretary of State for Sport. We are a Sumol Surf School, the only one in the North.

Surfing Life Club is the pioneer surf school in Porto. In its first years, it was recognized as "the original mobile surf school" on the Portuguese beaches, operating since 1994.

We have a lot of services like: surf lessons every day of the year, group programs, birthday and bachelor parties, surf safaris, surf camps, educational programs, social projects with people with mental disease, etc.

Now the surf lessons are based in Matosinhos beach in a very good and comfy place with high level instructors and equipment. We also teach in other spots, always looking for the best waves for your level.

Surfing Life Club is recognized by the Portuguese Ministry of Youth and Sport since 2001.
