Teatro Aramá

The Arama Theatre, was formed in Porto in 1995.  It has since come to make their productions in thematic and artistic contexts for all age groups, and in different spaces - concert halls, schools, prison, libraries, bars, cafes, hairdressers, sacred spaces and squares.   The Individuo within the everyday sphere, privileged space where this is reflected in its built form and / or in their spontaneous impulses, is the theme genesis of most Arama's performances From the many individual relations in different contexts: affective, moral, social, cultural, political, religious, family, symbolic, their ongoing search for understanding of their attitudes and behaviors, managed by the strength of their feelings and emotions, broad and revealing territory of human complexity, and how they relate a thought structure intended to be common; or the constant need to create and affirm an identity ... that matches the values ​​produced within the society that welcomes, waiting for this recognition and "consent" to their membership or else the total; are some of the aspects that seeks to reflect through the theater we do.
