     It is located in Poitiers, 50 m from the shore of Clain, in a protected natural area ideal for family walks or sports, 30 minutes walk from the train station or the city center (or 12 minutes by bike).

   He offers:

  - An auditorium with upright piano, lighting and heating, a thirty square meters, soon extended by a glazed extension of 15 m2.

  - A reception room with its mezzanine, toilets and wood stove, to relax, read, have a drink, snack salty or sweet.
