Værløse Golfklub

Værløse Golfklub was founded in 1993 and is with its approx. 1250 members the second largest sports club in Værløse.

The golf course was designed by Jan Sederholm, the architect and was opened in 1996. The course is set in an open and very beautiful hilly moraine landscape adjacent to Ryet Skov.

Since the start, it has been possible to create a real quality course that is being developed, among other things. with a landscaped plantation. It is also a path where the wind plays a major role, and depends on its direction and strength prefers precision play over length. The player who thinks will have the greatest chance of coming home to the clubhouse with a low score.

In any event, we hope that everyone who plays on the Værløse Golf Club will feel that in addition to the game, they have had a nice nature experience on a golf course, where the club makes it possible to promote and conserve flora and fauna.
