VillaEvi

The VillaEvi is a house of 180 square meters that sits on a property of 200 square meters.

The VillaEvi has two floors. In the first floor, there are 2 living rooms, a dining area and as well as, a bathroom. In the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms ( 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 one-and-a-half beds) and one bathroom.

It is also fully furnished with A/C and heating throughout the first floor, as well as personalized TV for all bedrooms, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an electric stove and a free fast Wi-Fi (bring your own laptop or smartphone) , and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.

The VillaEvi has a spectacular view as you can see from the photos. From the balconies, you can admire the sea , the beach and the mount Athos. There are two big balconies in which you can sit and gaze at the view.

The distance between the villa and the beach is 10 meters, so you can listen to the wash of the waves on the rocks.

The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and there is also a free parking.
