THE TERRITORY Cascina Smeralda is situated in the heart of Monferrato, nestled in the hills that are part of the Po Park, where you can taste the typical cuisine of Monferrato (Piedmont mixed fry, agnolotti Monferrato, the sweet and sour pickles, bunet and many other specialties) , stay in the cozy rooms, to spend a day away from city stress, to spend a day outdoors to children thanks to its playground.

STRUCTURE Cascina Smeralda is an impressive manor house of the eighteenth century located in Casale Monferrato. Completely renovated in 1991, it has been transformed, from 1993, on a farm where you can sleep in the elegant rooms and enjoy the dishes of the Monferrato tradition. Cascina Smeralda is divided into three parts: The farm consists of 50 hectares of land planted with fodder, cereals (wheat and barley), orchards, vineyards for the production of table grapes.
