The hotel was the first to rise on the Sienese side of Mount Amiata back in 1953 by the will of the owner Ida Porcelloni, a pioneer of Monte Amiata together with her husband Bruno. Wanted with passion and created by Mrs. Ida, skier already proving at that time, the hotel was born as a simple but cozy mountain retreat that over the years has then assumed the appearance and acquired the comforts of the current three-star, without losing the warm and welcoming character of the past. Since then the management that is in its second generation has not changed the rules of conduction that remains familiar, careful to make sure that the customer feels at home. A welcoming place where we often choose to return.
