ALKIMISTA Stands for a modern interpretation of the ancient foundation of alchemy, taking local seasonal produce, into a sensational creation of food and drink.

Dining or sipping in an intimate welcoming townhouse, in the unique historical UNESCO protected city of Guimarães, Portugal.

The restaurant dining is spread through the whole townhouse and with two cocktail bars and with a secret garden (both for dining and drinking)
