B&B Residenza Belvedere

Residenza Belvedere develops in the independent apartment located on the first floor of the new building. Furnished and completely refurbished, the Residence allows guests to relax immersed in the tranquility of the hills or to reach the numerous places of naturalistic, sporting or coastal maritime interest. The entirely new and reserved rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating system as well as LCD TV; The independent and private bathroom has a double sink and a large shower box as well as courtesy kits. The linen is supplied clean at each stay and in case of long stay every four days. At the exclusive disposal of guests there is also a spacious living room with several panoramic windows in which you can relax on leather sofas and enjoy the breakfast service comfortably at the table in the living room or in the summer months outdoors or directly on the private balcony in the room. Breakfast is provided with fruit juices, milk and coffee, homemade cakes, fresh fruit, honey and jams!

Prices:

40 euros per night Double room with double bed for single use with private bathroom. Bed and breakfast for one person.

75 euros per night Double room with double bed with private bathroom. Bed and breakfast for two people.

25 euros per night Additional bed in room, bed and breakfast.
