We are what we wanted to find many times and there was no state. The restaurant is located in via Maigone in Puegnago sul Garda, at the bottom of a small road that winds between our cultivated fields and ancient olive groves.

We cultivate with biological methods because we care about our health, that of the people we love and the territory that hosts us. We work in our gardens with care and passion, using only natural methods: we do it to maintain biodiversity and to offer our customers fresh and vital foods, seasonal fruits and vegetables. We take care of each vegetable as if it were the only one, and we are not content to provide good products. We like to do things like Nature commands: for this reason we support the return to the origins, looking for and cultivating rare and ancient seeds. The climate of the lake makes our work magical and the Earth reward us by giving us special, good and genuine fruit and vegetables.
