Fire is the representation of that kitchen with essence in which the product is above everything. With a short letter but with a lot of depth of flavor. It will vary according to the generosity of what the forests, the sea and the countryside provide, transporting whoever tries it from the garden to the sea.

The product we work is harvested and bred with care to its optimum ripeness point. Our suppliers from Galicia to Cádiz, passing through Extremadura and Toledo, supply us with fresh products every day.

Thanks to the research work that we carried out on traditional cooking methods, we have rediscovered the tradition of slow, paused and instant cooking, which takes us to a romantic era full of flavors and aromas.

The space has been conceived reproducing a 19th century house in the French countryside. From the Fire room a unique atmosphere is created. The view kitchen offers the experience of feeling the vibration and the movement of the fire, the crepitus of the flames, the sound of the saucepans and the flavor, that takes us to another time with the warmth of the chimneys, picking up and wrapping us with nostalgia .
