the cottage rue Villeneuve is a duplex apartment of 81 m2, ranked 2 stars in furnished tourism, without courtyard or garden with free wifi.

     1st floor: LIVING AREA, including a kitchen with dining area, a living / dining room and a toilet.

     On the 2nd floor: NIGHT AREA, including 2 bedrooms, (one with bed 140/190 and the other with 2 beds 90/190), a bathroom with bath, a toilet and an office area.

      Rates are 250 to 350 euros per week depending on the season, 130 euros the weekend from Friday to Sunday and for nights in week 40 for 2 people + 10 euros beyond (minimum 2 nights).

     The price includes: beds made upon your arrival, the loan of towels / tea towels and the first breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, cereals, rusks, butter and homemade jam).
