The Cafè and Catering Golf Course is run by Chef Audun Wang, who has 30 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. The past 10 years as Head of Chef at FMC Technologies's canteen at Kongsberg Technology Park.

The Cafè and Catering golf course is located in Kongsberg golf course at Skollenborg, only 10 minutes from Kongsberg city center. The course is known as one of Norway's best golf courses, and at the outdoor restaurant you can enjoy a great view of the whole facility down towards Numedalslågen.
