Hotel and restaurant Degenija are located on the main road D1 in the direction of Zagreb - Slunj - Plitvice lakes, 4 kilometers before the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the Selište Dreznicko village. Hotel Degenija is a modern 4 star hotel with 20 accommodation units, a reception desk, a breakfast room, a lobby, a café bar, wireless internet throughout and a private car park. Next to the hotel is the Degenija restaurant which offers a rich selection of dishes: Appetizers - soups, cold appetizers - various homemade cheeses, Dalmatian prosciutto and sausage, a cold fish tray; various pasta and risotto. From the main dishes there is a wide choice of barbecues: homemade trout Gacka, veal, chicken, turkey and pork with various ingredients. We would definitely recommend our baked steak "Degenija" in mushroom sauce and homemade nuts. We also offer a variety of pizza baking pans and a rich selection of pies and dessert cakes. Seasonal or on request we also prepare veal under the bakery and lamb or rabbit potato.

The Plitvice Lakes and Rakovica area is extremely suitable for active holidays; so you can rent a bike and explore the charms of our region on marked cycling trails, walk along the promenades, and during the hot summer days you can bathe in the Korana River running near our hotel and restaurant (400 m) while in winter you can sneeze and ski in the Mukinje ski resort, which is 6 km away!
