Hotel Royal Catania

The Royal Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Catania, with 19 rooms spread over three floors. Each of these refers to an important character or historical period of Sicily, from which the rooms take their names. The first floor is dedicated to Vincenzo Bellini, the great catanese composer to whom we must work as La Norma. Just Norma is also the name of the of the hotel, in whose vaulted roofs you can admire the , preserved thanks to a meticulous and complex restoration work. The frescoes are not the only distinctive features of the room, which is a real regal apartment, with its almost 50 square meters and a fabulous bathroom for a thousand and one nights. On the second floor are the rooms dedicated to Magna Graecia, of which the city of Catania was one of the most important centers in antiquity. The third floor is dedicated to Giovanni Verga, a writer who has brought the name of Sicily and of Catania with his historical novels around the world, which today are revived in the names of some of the hotel's rooms. All rooms are equipped with Stereo Surround system for TV, LCD monitor, wired ADSL and WiFi, computerized management of lights, curtains and temperature. All rooms are very large.
