Dimora De Mauro

Owned by the De Mauro family for five generations, Dimora De Mauro is a nineteenth-century building in the heart of the historic center of Catania.

At the foot of Mount Etna, a few steps from the sea, the resort is surrounded by museums and monuments that bear witness to an immortal past, the most ancient civilizations to the shining of the eighteenth-century baroque expressions. He favored setting for the third largest religious festival in the world dedicated to St. Agatha patron saint of the city.

Dimora De Mauro, whose recent restructuring has protected the historic beauty in every detail, from the use of lava stone to the vaults to the great and ancient frescoed halls has: 12 bright apartments with modern and functional furniture and 4 suites furnished with antiques of value. All apartments are composed of 2/3 rooms of large size and equipped with kitchen and laundry. The property offers a total of 60 beds.
