The restaurant offers solid food, because one can get well hungry by today's activity. Our menu range ranges from traditional a la carte dishes to creative use of local food. Just try our home-cooked Hovborg Kro salmon with apples in the heather cream.

The wine at Hovborg Kro is a chapter by itself. We import ourselves directly from Brunelli in Italy, which are amarone producers.
