WHO WE ARE

We are two people who love good food, Elias and Panagiotis. Elijah, of course, has a little more experience than others. That is why his love for food and travel is blamed. We will be flanked by young people with a single purpose, to make a good and tasty frog.

OUR MATERIALS

Months before we start the shop we choose, test, approve and reject. All our effort lies in the fresh fresh food that the store will be refilled almost daily. 95% of the products will be Greek and the remaining 5% is because it does not exist in Greek production. Our efforts are in the short term to select high quality materials from large or small industries or crafts with the sole purpose always of product purity, freshness and delicacy.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At the time we live, one has to show a social person. It's not just the passion that made us open this restaurant, but it's also the need for a new job to survive. As we have our needs, we have the whole society. We have made some decisions that we will gradually implement. Much of the house deliveries will be done by bicycles. Residues of fresh daytime food will be delivered to churches or special agencies for the dishwashers. The staff will be selected by sensitive social groups as much as possible. The social face of a company as small as ours can set an example for a social embrace. Be sure to fight it. I left our philosophy for food last. And this is the classic Greek food with a touch of modernity. Everyday there will be pies and tarts that will be sold with the piece, but also in a whole pan, there will be at least three salads and the menu of cooked food will always have a delicious food, a chicken food, a fish meal, a meal with legumes and the rest with calf. I think the varied daily variety will satisfy your tastes.
