At the bottom of the idyllic Aabenraa Fjord lies the old seaside town of Aabenraa. Through centuries, ships and sailors from the city have defeated the great world gardens and strange strange things from distant lands. In 1887 the Aabenraa Museum was built with rarities from the area and memories of the great sailing ship. The current building dates back to 1937 and contains a unique collection of maritime objects. The museum is today headquartered in Museum Sønderjylland - Cultural History Aabenraa, which is responsible for transport, agriculture and the city of Aabenraa.
Agriculture is covered from the subdivision of Bov. See their website and facebook profile: Museum Sønderjylland - Oldemorstoft
