It was owned by the canon Francesco Grilli, built in 1618 by ancestors of the same family, still preserves intact the crenellation of the roof to "Romanella" (typical architecture invented by the Romans for the capitoline palaces and urban decorations). In 1827 the structure was the subject of restructuring that enhanced the courtyard, in front of the entrance. The coat of arms of the family is shaped like a shield with a cross band and in the same there is a cricket, a family symbol, with a six-pointed star above it. The canon Francesco Grilli from Miglionico, was a lover of organ and classical music, he was rector of the hospital of the time in Miglionico dedicated to San Giacomo. Currently it offers a widespread hospitality service.
