Restaurant Over Aaen offers an ambitious team, both in the kitchen and in the restaurant. As a starting point, we work with Spanish raw materials as we have extensive experience in this area, but also use many other international raw materials after season. The cooking of the raw materials is made exclusively of home-made food and the temperament of the kitchen. That is, we prepare and create new dishes and tapas after season, by our passionate, skilled chefs.
